These Terms shall be governed and construed under the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements regarding the Service.

Retreat Summit Content: You acknowledge and agree that 8063451 Canada Inc., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the event name, themes, content, program, speakers, hosts, moderators, and times. 

In this clause, Force Majeure means circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of 8063451 Canada Inc. and which are reasonably likely to affect 8063451 Canada Inc. Corporation’s successful delivery of the online summit or would make it inadvisable, impracticable, illegal, or impossible for a party to perform its obligations as originally contracted under these Terms & Conditions, including fire, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility services, the collapse of building structures, widespread disease or other public health emergencies (including pandemic or epidemic), strike or other industrial action, the outbreak or declaration of war, act of terrorism, revolution or government orders or action (including the declaration of a State of Emergency or Coup d’état).

If, as a result of Force Majeure, 8063451 Canada Inc.Corporation cancels the Event, 8063451 Canada Inc. Corporation shall use reasonable commercial endeavors to reschedule the Event. Without prejudice to its obligations, 8063451 Canada Inc. Corporation accepts no liability. It will not be liable for any compensation where the performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions is affected by Force Majeure.
